Urban India produces about 42.0 million tons of municipal solid waste annually i.e. 1.15 lakh metric tons per day(TPD), out of which 83,378 TPD is generated in 423 Class-I cities. Waste generated in 423 Class-I cities works out to 72.5% of the total waste generated each day.
Eco-Bean is a unique Eco-friendly and self-sustaining machine that can be used to destroy waste completely without releasing any pollutants.
This technology is useful to dispose of all types of mixed solid unwanted waste, dry wet waste, plastic masks, gloves, Rexene, Styrofoam, packing materials, toothbrushes, small foil paper pieces, oil clothes, vehicle cleaning materials that pollute the earth's core.
Eco-Bean doesn’t require any fossil fuels or electricity to operate and it can generate fuel continuously by itself in the main chamber.
Eco-Bean reduces the volume of waste in a ratio of 1:300 which is greater than all the waste management technologies available in the market.
Emission from Eco-Bean is under PCB Norms and it falls under all the guidelines for waste management.
Eco-Bean can convert 100 kg to 20,000kg of waste into ceramic waste going into landfills per day.
“Products available from 100 kg manual loading garbage destruction system to 10 Tons Auto Loader Garbage Destruction System.”
The fact that the waste is processed in the plastic stage at high temperatures helps in reducing the waste to inert ash in a closed environment thus eliminating all the pathogenic contamination or any kind of foul smell if any. The waste or ash has zero calorific value and zero contamination post-processing and it can be used to make cement tiles or bricks.
The waste gas emitted in the process passes through a scrubbing and secondary heating chamber thereby removing all the deposits and gases before passing to the environment.
